NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Starting October 1st, 2012, the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) will begin issuing its Public Tender Document package through MERX web site at http://www.merx.com/pjcci. MERX provides tenderers, suppliers and clients a secure emplacement where documents can be exchanged in a transparent and supervised environment.
When a Public Call for Tenders is issued, all the files comprised in the complete tender package including plans and specifications will only be available on the MERX web site.
Contractors and suppliers must be registered with MERX in order to procure JCCBI public tenders issued on this web site. Once registered, the Contractors and suppliers will be able to receive by e-mail notifications of new JCCBI publics tenders that are posted on MERX.
